Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure a quick and fair resolution, we strongly recommend recording a 360° unboxing video at the time of opening your package. This video helps us verify issues faster and approve your return without delays.

Important Conditions

  • The unboxing video must clearly show the sealed package being opened

  • Claims without proper proof may take longer to process or may not be approved

  • The product must be unused and in original condition (where applicable)

Refund Process
